| Alan Pearce,
Ph.D. |
|
|
Alan Pearce is president of Information Age Economics,
Inc. (IAE), a research and consulting firm he established more than
20 years ago. Alan is a practicing economist, an acknowledged and
influential authority on telecommunications law and regulation,
and a highly regarded market strategist. His knowledge, advice and
counsel are sought by senior executives at telecom service providers,
equipment suppliers, wireless, cable, and satellite companies. Prior
to founding IAE, Dr. Pearce was Chief Economist at the FCC, on the
staff of the U.S. House of Representatives Subcommittee on Telecommunications,
and a staff member in the Executive Office of the President.

| Eugene
E. McNany |
|
|
Eugene McNany is known and respected for his experience
and distinguished service in public affairs. He has represented
AT&T, Bellcore and, currently, Lincoln Educational Services
(LES), before the U.S. Congress, the New Jersey State Government,
various counties and localities. Gene served as Chairman of the
New Jersey Lottery Commission; Chairman of the U.S. Small Business
Advisory Council of New Jersey; and as representative of the Chairman
of Bellcore on the New Jersey Governors Business Roundtable.
He has been honored by the New Jersey State Senate and General Assembly
for his service to the State of New Jersey.

| Jan I. Forsythe |
|
|
Jan Forsythe recently received her Doctorate of
Science in Engineering Management and Systems Engineering from The
George Washington University, in Washington, DC. Her research and
dissertation address national energy policies and issues. Jan served
as executive director in Dr. Edward Teller's Institute for Technology
and Strategic Research at The George Washington University and,
prior to that, as director of special programs for EG&G at the
Idaho National Engineering and Environmental Laboratory (INEEL).
She represented INEEL with the federal government in Washington
over a number of years, under the management of Lockheed Martin
and Bechtel Idaho.

Philip M. Caughran
|
|
|
Phil Caughran is a technology, financial, and
business strategy consultant, with expertise in goal setting, marketing
and sales, corporate development, and performance measurement. He
and his wife, Maureen Caughran, a leadership and management training
consultant with many years experience, are partners in Caughran
Associates. He was AVP for strategic planning at Global One, Sprints
joint venture with France Telecom and Deutsche Telekom, director
of business development for Sprint International, and marketing
manager for federal programs at Sprint. Earlier in his career, he
served as a consultant at Arthur D. Little and was a design engineer
at Bell Laboratories.

| Mary E.
Martinek |
|
|
Mary Martinek has more than fifteen years experience
in Congressional leadership and member offices, both in Washington,
DC, and in New Mexico. She has served as an independent government
relations and public policy advisor for the past fours years, assisting
clients with Congress and the New Mexico state legislature, as well
as the executive branches of the federal and state governments.
Her expertise includes developing and executing action plans, and
facilitating access and client communications with both key policy
makers and those who execute policy.

| Rich Power |

| Rich
Power has more than twenty years experience in the telecom and computer
industries. His experience in product management, sales, and marketing
bring a stark reality to his financial analysis. He started his career
in market research and analysis at GE, moved on to indirect channel
sales at Data-Control Systems and positions of increasing responsibility
in management of transmission devices and computer peripherals under
several brand names including Teletype Corporation and NCR. He was
responsible for the entire product portfolio at Lucent Technologies,
at the time of its divestiture from AT&T.
Today, Rich combines his knowledge of technology
and market research techniques with financial analysis to assess
the prospects of corporate clientele. He is a Level II candidate
in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) Program, a globally
recognized standard for measuring the competence and integrity of
financial analysts.
Mr. Power holds a BS ME from Lafayette College and an MBA in Marketing
from Columbia Business School.
